Know why water fasting is extremely healthy for you

Fasting is the procedure of refraining from food and drink in some cases for lengthy periods of time. Fasting dates back thousands of years and is used by various cultures all around the world for numerous purposes. These reasons may be related to both health and spiritual.

An example of fasting is sleeping in the night time, when we do not eat for 7-8 hours. Then in the morning, we break our fast and this is the origination of term breakfast.

1 What is water fasting?
True water fast means intake of absolutely zero calories.
This means drinking just the water only, with nothing additional in it. Some believe that water fasting is the true form of fasting as other types of fasta include intake of solid foods and that prevents the body from attaining the perfect rest state and that in turn compromises the body’s ability to detox properly.

But the only difference between water fasting and other types of fasting and detox is that water fasting gives results faster and is much quicker to get over with.

You will feel a lot of discomfort if you have not prepared for the water fast beforehand and if the body is full of toxic waste.

Try not to do it on your own, because as the experience gets tougher, you need someone to kepp you going on with the fast
